Division 3 Special Rules:

1. All light horse Exhibitors must be present a current Horse Council BC Membership. Any competitor who does not present proof of HCBC will be denied participation.
2. Refund Policy: No refunds for entry fees without a signed veterinarian or doctor’s certificate. Exceptions will be made for horses recognized as visibly unsounds or ill by the show managers. Stall refunds will be made on the conditions of the Refund Policy if the stall has not been used. Refunds will be mailed out after the event.
3. The Nechako Valley Exhibition will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons, animals, or equipment during the show.
4. All youth 18 and under riding on the Grounds must wear an ASTM approved safety helmet with a permanently affixed harness.  
5. All competitors are encouraged to wear protective head gear at all times.  
6. All dogs must be kept on leash at all times.
7. No smoking is permitted in the barn areas.
8. Please be patient and courteous with Light Horse Division helpers – we are all volunteers!
9. Riding is prohibited on the Fairgrounds except for in designated show areas.
10. All Exhibitors must read and comply with the Notice to Exhibitors .
